What do you do at Blackbird?

Working in the Founder Success team, I spearhead new (and exisiting) programs, products, and events to supercharge great talent at scale into Blackbird's portfolio. I have a front-row seat to witness how amazing startups build, scale, and operate!

What did you do before Blackbird?

Previously, I was an engineer at the Ford Motor Company in Melbourne, where I was responsible for developing the brake software in the Ranger, Everest, and Bronco models. I had also spent a couple of years during my studies interning at BMW in Munich!

What do you believe that others do not?

Practical Knowledge > Theoretical Knowledge

What ideas are you excited by right now?

Considering my background, I am most excited by future-mobility technologies! As worldwide demand for mobility increases, sustainable mobility technologies are emerging that achieve net-zero emissions. In fact, by 2040, autonomous-vehicles are predicted to account for 66% of passenger-kilometres in China. Unfortunately, Australia has been slow to adopt these innovative technologies.
