Ideally, we would love for you to join us for the entire three-night experience. However, we understand that scheduling can be challenging. If you're unable to commit to all three nights, reach out to aseidler@blackbird.vc and we'll see what we can do.
Certainly! Your partner is welcome to stay in the room with you, as most rooms are equipped with a queen bed. Additionally, we'd love for them to join us for breakfast each morning and we'll be happy to look after that cost. To accommodate this, please send us a separate email after RSVP'ing. However, please note that dinners and exclusive events will be limited to founders only, just to make sure everyone gets the most out of the experience.
Absolutely, you're welcome to bring your kids to Sydney! Kids under 2yrs old can easily be accomodated with a cot in the room. For older children please email aseidler@blackbird.vc and we'll see what we can do!
Blackbird will take care of all transportation costs, including airport transfers and travel to/from the Sunrise Festival and events. Additionally, Blackbird will cover the expenses for breakfast and dinner each day, as well as any scheduled activities. You simply need to book and pay for your own flights, and the rest will be covered by us.
If you wish to extend your stay, please send us an email. Once we've allocated rooms, we'll connect you with The Eve team, allowing you to seamlessly extend your stay in the same room. All additional nights will be at your own expense.
