Jessica is the CEO and Co-Founder at Sumday, based in Tasmania. Staring her career in law, she moved into iron ore before leaving mining to start an accounting firm (go figure). As the team incorporated sustainability accounting into their service offering, it was clear that not a single company in the world had reliable or robust non financial data themselves or from their supply chain, especially when it came to carbon emissions. Imagining a world where every business accounted for things that matter, with the same rigour and transparency as financial accounting, Sumday was born to unlock a world where accounting systems have transformed the global economy into a force for good.
