What do you do at Blackbird?

I’m responsible for all operational aspects of the funds, including finance, investor relations and compliance.My overall goal is to free up the time of the partners so they can focus on supercharging Australia's most ambitious founders.

What did you do before Blackbird?

I worked as a lawyer, investment banker and institutional stockbroker.

What do you believe that others do not?

The herd is a powerful and often destructive force.

What ideas are you excited by right now?

I’m involved in improving the way we capture and present portfolio data.I’ve also worked on a whole suite of operational and compliance projects to allow us to serve our founders as well as investors better.
