I'm a data analyst who manages community data at Blackbird. I was born and raised in Vietnam, and have studied Finance and Data Analytics in the US, Denmark, and Australia. I'm an avid gamer and enjoy spending my weekends hunting down Sydney's next great eat and coffee shop hopping.
As the data analyst in the Community team, I'm in charge of community-related data. My main tasks include standardising and centralising data on our CRM, creating automated workflows, and building products in service of our portfolio.
