What do you do at Blackbird?

I work with Rick and Niki to organise and maximise their time so they can focus on what they do best, finding and investing in great Australian and New Zealand start-ups.

What did you do before Blackbird?

I worked with Stu Gregor, co-founder of Four Pillars Gin and before this with restaurateur and food writer Bill Granger. Basically, I love eating food and drinking great Australian gin!

What do you believe that others do not?

That if you dig deep, hospitality will be at the heart of every great business that you know and love.
