When two portfolio companies join forces: Tracksuit acquires Hall

Tracksuit has acquired Hall, bringing AI visibility into its brand tracking platform and giving marketers a view of how their brand shows up across ChatGPT, Claude and beyond

There's a new source of influence in town: AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude are creating new pathways for brand discovery, and marketers often have no visibility into whether their brand is being recommended, represented accurately, or left out altogether.

People are starting to ask AI instead of Google, but companies can’t tell how their brand shows up when they do.

That's the gap Hall was built to close. We led Hall's pre-seed round in 2023, backing its founder, Kai Forsyth, who we got to know as the first hire at our portfolio company Dovetail.

I’m excited to share today that Tracksuit has acquired Hall.

Currently, more than 1,000 consumer brands across 25 global markets are using Tracksuit to measure and prove the impact of brand-building. The acquisition of Sydney-based company Hall adds AI visibility to Tracksuit's brand tracking, giving customers a view of how their brand shows up across AI platforms, how it compares to competitors, and how that changes over time. For the first time, a brand can see how it's read by the two audiences that actually decide whether it gets picked.

That product now lives inside Tracksuit. Kai and his team have joined too. Kai's leading product direction for AI Visibility.

I'm delighted to see these two powerhouse teams combine.
